SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer STANDARD FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 regardless of how many items you have purchased.
All orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.
We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING for an additional cost of $5.00
All deliveries are made using Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you with all essential shipping information.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am-5pm.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card that will direct you to your local post office for collection.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed packages once they are lodged with Australia Post. If you have any queries about the status of your order please call Australia Post helpline on 137678 and quote your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer flat rate international shipping to the following countries.
New Zealand: AU$20.00
U.S.A. and Canada: AU$30.00
United Kingdom and Europe: AU$30.00
All deliveries are made using Australia Post.
At this point in time we are unable to offer international shipping to other countries however, if you are interested in an item please send us an email at info@shortlistshop.com.au and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
All prices are in Australian dollars and GST is included in all orders delivered within Australia.
International customers may have to pay import duties and/or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. For further information we recommend you contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
