Shortlist is a mid-size women’s clothing label created from a desire to offer affordable, well made, comfortable contemporary clothing in beautiful-to-wear natural fibres. 

Established in 2015 by Tracey van Ingen, each collection is thoughtfully designed with a focus on timeless style, comfort and exceptional quality.

Simple silhouettes and enduring styles, combined with thoughtful details, create a seasonless aesthetic that transcends fashion trends and age. 

Shortlist focuses on premium natural fabrics including cotton, linen, bamboo, bamboo/organic cotton and silk, alongside a collection of everyday essentials in viscose crepe. Our prints are exclusively designed, and our signature silks are hand printed using the traditional wax resist block printing method.

Every Shortlist collection is lovingly and ethically made by small female-led businesses on the beautiful island of Bali. Supporting the people behind the garments is at the heart of the brand, ensuring they are fairly compensated financially and respected culturally. Supporting small business remains an important part of every step of the journey.
